摘要
为了研究Ag/TiO2复合薄膜对甲醛气体的气敏特性,采用表面等离子体共振(SPR)技术,搭建实验测试平台,并得出了实验测试结果。随着薄膜表面甲醛气体浓度发生变化,SPR曲线的共振吸收峰的位置、吸收深度及峰宽都会发生改变。分析了SPR共振角随甲醛浓度变化的关系,计算不同甲醛浓度范围内的灵敏度和分辨力。结果表明甲醛浓度在181~200 mg/L范围内,灵敏度达到最高为2.03×10-1°/(mg/L),最小能够分辨的甲醛浓度变化为4.9×10-4 mg/L。
In order to study the gas sensitivity of Ag/TiO2 composite film to formaldehyde gas,the surface plasmon resonance(SPR)technology was adopted to build the experimental test platform,and the test results were obtained.With the change of the concentration of formaldehyde gas,the position,depth and width of the absorption peak of the resonance absorption peak of the SPR curve will change.The relationship between SPR resonance Angle and formaldehyde concentration was analyzed,and the sensitivity and resolution of different formaldehyde concentrations were calculated.The results show that with the continuous increase of formaldehyde concentration,the sensitivity is increasing,and the resolvable formaldehyde concentration is getting smaller and smaller.
