摘要
以解除初生休眠的水曲柳(Fraxinus mandshurica)种子为材料,在10、25℃两种引发温度时,使用不同质量分数(0、5%、25%、50%)聚乙二醇(PEG)溶液对种子进行不同时间(1、3、7 d)的引发处理,观察不同引发处理种子在高温(25℃)下的萌发表现,分析PEG引发处理对水曲柳种子在高温(25℃)条件下萌发的影响。结果表明:PEG引发处理能够减弱高温条件下水曲柳种子热休眠的诱导,10℃引发的种子萌发能力好于25℃引发的种子。25℃引发时,使用中等质量分数(25%)的PEG溶液对种子进行中等时间(3 d)的引发处理,可以显著提高其发芽率,但延长了种子的平均发芽时间;10℃引发时,使用高质量分数(50%)的PEG溶液对种子进行中等时间(3 d)或长时间(7 d)的引发处理,可以在不延长平均发芽时间的情况下,显著提高其发芽率与发芽指数,有效阻止种子进入热休眠。
In order to investigate the effect of PEG priming treatment on the germination of Fraxinus mandshurica seeds at high temperature(25℃),the seeds of F.mandshurica,which were released from primary dormancy,were treated at 10℃ and 25℃with different mass fractions of PEG solution(0%,5%,25% and 50%)for different times(1,3 and 7 d),and the germination performance of the seeds with different priming treatment under high temperature(25℃)were observed.The results showed that PEG priming treatment can weaken the induction of thermodormancy of F.mandshurica seeds under high temperature.The germination ability of seeds primed at 10℃ is generally better than that primed at 25℃.When the seeds were primed at 25℃,the germination rate of seeds could be significantly increased by using PEG solution with medium mass fraction(25%)for 3 d,but the average germination time of seeds could be prolonged.When the seeds were primed at 10℃,the germination rate and germination index could be significantly increased without prolonging the average germination time,and the seeds could be effectively prevented from entering thermodormancy.
