The Study of Priming of Eggplant Seed on Solid medium

摘要 以蛭石、珍珠岩为引发基质,研究不同基质含水量、温度、引发天数对大苠茄、二苠茄、快圆茄茄子3个品种种子的引发效果。结果表明:经最适条件的引发处理后各品种发芽率都有所提高,提高的幅度因品种而不同;2种基质引发以蛭石基质较好;在蛭石基质引发下,3个品种之间虽有差异,但均以基质含水量80%、引发温度25℃、引发4 d处理效果最好,种子发芽率显著提高。 The 3 eggplant varieties'seed (Daminqie, Erminqie, Kuaiyuanqie) were used to test the priming effect with different solid medium water content, temperature, priming days on solid medium of vermiculite and pearlite respect. The result showed that: ①the germination rate of 3 varieties is increased with different increment after most suitable treatments, ②the effect of seed priming on the vermiculite treatments was better than the one on the pearlite treatments, ③ on the treatments on the vermiculite, the 3 varieties had different priming effects, and the best treatment with the significant germination improvement was the one, that is with 80% of water content in solid medium, 25℃ and 4 days priming.
