摘要
针对在线教学实施过程中普遍存在的群体性学习氛围缺失、学生学习孤独感较强和学习不够自律等问题,文章以清华大学深圳国际研究生院为例,从学习氛围、模式活动、教学秩序、师生互动四个维度,对直播模式下研究生在线教学的课堂组织进行了分析;在此基础上,文章详细介绍了直播模式下研究生在线教学的典型交互渠道。文章提出的师生长链互动模式和基于6个代表性交互渠道的教学设计有助于发挥在线教学的优势、消除师生空间隔阂、调动学生的学习积极性,可为高校研究在线教学的有效开展提供参考。
Despite of the success of online teaching in various aspects,several challenges are prevalent including insufficient awareness of community,feeling of isolation and low level of self-discipline.Based on the teaching practice of Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School,this paper presents an in-depth analysis of the live online class organization from four aspects:study atmosphere,activity pattern,teaching order and class interaction,with a specific focus on the typical interaction channels.In particular,this paper proposes a novel long-chain interactive paradigm and a series of guidelines for principled teaching design based on six representative interactive methods.The results are expected to be valuable for further exploiting the advantage of online teaching and stimulating the enthusiasm of students and bring measurable benefits to the implementation of online teaching in other universities.
