摘要
"三北"地区冬季供暖期,热电机组因"以热定电"约束导致系统调峰能力不足,是造成大量弃风的主要原因之一。调峰权交易可以激励热电机组参与调峰的积极性,为风电提供上网空间。因此,首先建立了风电与热电机组调峰权交易方式,制定蓄热式电锅炉启停控制策略和风电二次消纳方式;其次,推导风电和热电机组参与调峰的可行性系数,分析可行性系数值确定单位发电权价格;然后,建立了以调度周期内收益与成本之差最大的热电联合经济调度模型;最后,采用改进粒子群对所提模型进行求解。仿真结果表明文中构建的热电联合经济调度模型能够激励风电和热电机组参与调峰的积极性、减少弃风功率和提高系统整体经济效益。
During the winter heating period in "Three North" region, inadequate capability of peak regulation of combined heat and power(CHP) unit due to "heat-set" constraint is one of the main reasons for large amount of wind curtailment. Peak regulation right trading can stimulate CHP units to participate in peak regulation, providing accommodation space for wind power. Therefore, this paper firstly establishes a trading mode of peak regulation right between wind power and CHP units, and formulates a start-stop control strategy of the regenerative electric boilers and the secondary accommodation mode of wind power. Secondly, a feasibility coefficient of wind power and CHP units participating in peak regulation is deduced, and the price of unit power generation right is determined by analyzing the value of the feasibility coefficient. Then, a combined heat and power economic dispatching model with the largest difference between revenue and cost in the dispatching period is established. Finally, improved particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the proposed model. Simulation results show that the combined heat and power economic dispatching model constructed in this paper can stimulate wind power and CHP units to participate in peak regulation, reducing the power of curtailed wind and improving the overall economic benefits of the system.
