摘要
本研究采用加热回流提取、超声波提取和热回流辅助超声波提取3种不同方法对冬虫夏草进行提取,从主要功效成分和常见重金属元素、指纹图谱、部分主要/差异性成分定性推断的角度分析3种提取方式制得的冬虫夏草提取液,并初步评估拟推荐的最佳提取方式。结果显示,含超声方式所制得的提取液的稳定性和均一性较好,提取到的生物活性化合物种类更多,推荐采用超声或热回流辅助超声的方式制备虫草提取液。
In this study,three different extraction methods were used to extract Cordyceps sinensis,such as heating reflux extraction,ultrasonic extraction,and thermal reflux assisted ultrasonic extraction.From the perspective of main functional components,common heavy metal elements,fingerprint,and qualitative inference of some main/differential components,the three extraction methods were analyzed,and the best extraction method to be recommended was preliminarily evaluated.The results show that the extract prepared by ultrasonic method has good stability and uniformity,and there are more types of bioactive compounds extracted.It is recommended to prepare cordyceps extract by ultrasonic or thermal reflux assisted ultrasonic method.
