芳烃邻二甲苯精馏塔流程模拟优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着邻二甲苯塔原料的变化和邻二甲苯产品中异丙苯质量标准的提高,某装置进行了邻二甲苯塔改造和邻二甲苯产品质量升级,但存在邻二甲苯塔回流比高及再沸炉排烟温度高等瓶颈。结合邻二甲苯塔运行现状,利用Aspen Plus软件建立了精度满足要求的模型。在此基础上,就产品中异丙苯指标、邻二甲苯收率、塔盘效率、进料位置、进料温度、进料流量对邻二甲苯塔冷热负荷的影响进行了模拟和分析,提出了邻二甲苯单元优化措施,并利用模拟软件对预期效果进行了测算。 With the variation of o-xylene feedstocks and the improvement of cumene quality criterion in o-xylene products,the o-xylene tower operation and o-xylene product quality have been upgraded,but with remained bottlenecks such as high reflux ratio in the o-xylene tower and high temperature of reboiler exhaust gas.Based on the operation status of o-xylene tower,a model for o-xylene tower with satisfactory accuracy is established with Aspen Plus to simulate and analyze the effects of cumene index,o-xylene yield,tray efficiency,feed location,feed temperature and feed flow on the cooling and heating load of o-xylene distillation tower,and the optimization measures for o-xylene unit are proposed,with the expected results also calculated with the simulation software.
