摘要
提出了一种新的单塔萃取精馏精制醋酸水溶液的新工艺,该工艺采用分隔壁萃取精馏塔(DWC-E)替代常规萃取精馏流程的萃取精馏塔及溶剂回收塔,不仅节省了设备投资,而且降低了总能耗。利用Aspen Plus模拟软件,对DWC-E塔及常规萃取流程进行了模拟。DWC-E塔的操作条件:塔板数40块,侧线精馏段的板数10块,回流比2,溶剂摩尔比2.5,在此条件下,比较了常规萃取精馏流程与分隔壁精馏塔内温度、液相组成及汽液相流量的变化。结果表明,DWC-E塔比常规的2塔萃取精馏流程节能23.91%。
A novel process of single-column extractive distillation process was proposed for the separation of the acetic acid and water, in which the dividing-wall extractive distillation column was used instead of the conventional extractive distillation column and striper column, thus not only reducing the cost of equipment but also saving the energy. The dividing-wall extractive distillation column and the conventional extractive distillation process were simulated with Aspen Plus. The parameters of dividing-wall extractive distillation column were proposed : the number of theoretical total plate was 40, the reflux ratio was 2, the molar ratio of extract solvent to feed was 2.5. Temperature, composition and flow rate profiles in dividing-wall extractive distillation column and conventional extractive distillation processes were compared. The results show that the energy consumption of dividing-wall extractive distillation column can be reduced by 23.91% compared with conventional extractive distillation process.
