摘要
随着教育改革的不断深化,传统的教育教学理念也逐渐发生了改变.在"大众创业、万众创新"政策的指引下,创新创业教育理念受到各大高职院校的高度重视.以艺术设计专业教育为例,提高学生的创新能力以及创业意识不仅是高职院校培养人才的教育重点,也是培养市场需求专业性人才的主要目标.因此,帮助学生建立良好的创新创业意识、并根据学生的个体化特征与需求制定合理的教育方案具有重要的意义.本文简述了高职创新创业教育以及艺术设计专业教学中存在的问题,分析高职院校艺术设计专业以及创新创业的特点,并通过对高职创新创业教育现状的调查与分析,总结出提升高职创新创业教育的措施,为创新创业教育提供有利的参考.
With the deepening of education reform, the traditional education and teaching concept has gradually changed. Under the guidance of the policy of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation", the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education is highly valued by higher vocational colleges. Taking the education of art and design as an example, improving students’ innovation ability and entrepreneurship awareness is not only the education focus of training talents in higher vocational colleges, but also the main goal of training professional talents in market demand. Therefore, it is of great significance to help students establish a good sense of innovation and entrepreneurship, and make a reasonable education plan according to the individual characteristics and needs of students. This paper briefly introduces the problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship education and the teaching of art design major in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the characteristics of art design major and innovation and entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges, and summarizes the measures to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, so as to provide a favorable reference for innovation and entrepreneurship education.
