摘要
随着'大众创业,万众创新'的提出,在高职教育中,对于高职教师,特别是艺术设计专业教师的要求更高。教师一方面要引导学生掌握相应的专业知识,对学生进行相应的心理引导,保证学生身心健康;另一方面教师还应该成为学生创业梦想的指引者、启发者。
With the proposal of'mass entrepreneurship and innovation',the requirements for higher vocational teachers,especially art design teachers,are higher in higher vocational education.On the one hand,teachers should guide students to master the corresponding professional knowledge,carry on the corresponding psychological guidance to students,and ensure students’physical and mental health;on the other hand,teachers should also become the guide and initiator of students’entrepreneurial dreams.
