摘要
汽车连环碰撞事故中,车身结构易受到多次冲击,对汽车的安全性造成巨大影响。以铝合金圆管为研究对象,通过实验与仿真相结合的方法,研究了铝合金圆管的多次冲击响应及特征参数对破坏模式转化的影响规律。研究发现:铝合金圆管多次冲击下的载荷-位移曲线、比吸能、平均载荷等吸能特性与圆管褶皱形成过程密切相关。此外,采用ABAQUS软件对铝合金圆管破坏过程进行了仿真,研究总结了铝合金圆管直径厚度比、高度直径比对多次冲击破坏模式转化的影响规律。
In the accident of vehicle pileup,the body structure is easy to be impacted many times,which has a great impact on the safety of automobile.Taking the aluminum alloy circular tube as the research object,through the combination of experiment and simulation,the dynamic response of aluminum alloy circular tube under repeated impacts and the influence rule of characteristic parameters on the transformation of failure mode were studied.The research results show that the energy absorption characteristics of aluminum alloy circular tube under repeated impacts such as load displacement curve,specific energy absorption and average load are closely related to the wrinkle formation process of the circular tube.In addition,ABAQUS software was used to simulate the failure process of aluminum alloy circular tube,and the influence rule of diameter thickness ratio and height diameter ratio of aluminum alloy circular tube on the transformation of failure modes under repeated impacts was studied and summarized.
