摘要
"十四五"时期,我国现代化建设将迈上新征程,产业发展环境和条件将发生阶段性变化,产业发展将呈现五大趋势:一是国际经济变数增多,我国参与全球分工面临的挑战增大;二是突破国内需求规模瓶颈,产业结构呈高度化发展趋势;三是产业竞争格局深刻调整,产业链呈高级化发展趋势;四是新科技革命叠加渗透,产业数字化变革趋势加速;五是资源环境顶板效应凸显,产业绿色化转型趋势明显。步入新阶段,产业结构、模式和动力面临重大变革,高质量发展将成为时代主基调,亟待构建创新引领、协同发展的现代产业体系。
During the"14 th Five-Year Plan"period,China’s modernization drive will embark on a new journey.The industrial development environment and conditions will undergo periodic changes.Five major trends will emerge in industrial development:First,the increase in international economic variables will weaken the momentum of external demand.Second,the bottleneck of domestic demand has appeared,and the industrial structure is facing a breakthrough.The third is the profound adjustment of the industrial competition pattern,and the advanced industrial chain is facing a breakthrough.Fourthly,the new technology revolution is superimposed and penetrated,and the digital transformation of the industry continues to accelerate.Fifth,the roof effect of resources and environment is prominent,and the green transformation of industries is imperative.Entering a new stage,the industrial structure,model,and power are facing major changes,and high-quality development will become the keynote of the times.It is urgent to build a modern industrial system with innovative leadership and coordinated development.
