摘要 针对煤矿井下排水系统存在的非线性、参数时变、处理器运算能力相对较弱等问题,构建出基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的煤矿井下排水监控系统,提出一种带有前馈PD(比例和微分)补偿的单神经元自适应PID控制算法。在Simulink中建立算法的仿真模型,并与常规控制算法进行仿真对比分析,搭建排水系统的实验平台验证算法实际应用效果。仿真和实际应用结果表明,带前馈的单神经元自适应PID算法具有调节时间短、自适应性好、抗干扰能力强等显著优点,能有效提高煤矿井下排水监控系统的工作效率。 Aiming at the existing problems such as nonlinear,time-varying parameters and processor computing power is relatively weak in underground drainage system of coal mine,a coal mine drainage monitoring system based on digital signal processor(DSP)was constructed.In addition,a single neuron adaptive PID control algorithm with feedforward PD(proportional and differential)compensation was proposed.The simulation model of the algorithm was established in Simulink,and the simulation was compared with the conventional control algorithm,and the experimental platform of drainage system was built to verify the practical application effect of the algorithm.The results of simulation and experiment shows that the single neuron adaptive PID algorithm with feedforward has several obvious advantages such as shorter adjustment time,perfect adaptability and strong anti-interference ability,which could effectively improve the working efficiency of coal mine underground drainage monitoring system.
