摘要
本次设计是以PLC和变频器应用技术专业理论知识为依托,以及在做这个工程中遇到和解决的若干问题;这里以凉糟机系统构成、控制方法进行讨论;着重讨论单一的PID闭环控制温度达不到生产工艺要求,而改用开环与闭环配合控制的方法解决了因进料温度波动大造成出料温度波动大的问题。
This design is based on the relevant theory of PLC and inverter application technology, as well as several problems encountered and solved in the process of doing this project. The structure and control method of the cooling machine system are discussed in this paper. The single PID closed-loop control temperature can not meet the requirements of the production process, and the open-loop and closed-loop control method is used to solve the problem that the discharge temperature fluctuates greatly due to the large fluctuation of the feed temperature.
