摘要
基于对生物样品孵育、催化、混匀及保存等反应过程中进行精确温度控制和匀速混溶控制的目的,采用以PID算法控制无刷直流电机和半导体制冷片的方法,通过样机设计和实验测试,验证得到系统的温度控制精度为±0.2摄氏度,系统的转速控制精度在±20RPM以内。该恒温混溶控制系统具备多种操作模式并且在生物样品处理过程中性能稳定、控制精确,具有广泛的应用价值。
Based on the purpose of precise temperature control and mixing control during the incubation,catalysis,mixing and preservation of biological samples.Using PID algorithm to control the brushless DC motor and the semiconductor refrigerating chip.Through the prototype design and testing,the temperature control accuracy of the system is±0.2 degrees Celsius,and the system's speed control accuracy is within±20RPM.The constant temperature miscible control system has a variety of operating modes and is stable in performance and precise in control during biological sample processing,and has wide application value.
