摘要
免疫学检验是医学检验技术专业重要的专业课程。由于课程基础知识理论性、逻辑性强,医学检验技术操作流程性、技术性强等特点,传统的教学方式已不能满足课堂教学需要和学生未来的专业需求。利用即时聊天软件微信的群组、好友等基本功能以及微信公众号等功能,开展免疫学检验课程精准式翻转课堂并进行探讨。在教学过程中,将微信的各功能有效配合、灵活应用,取得更优化的教学效果。
Immunological testing is an important professional course for medical laboratory technology specialty.Due to the theoretical,logical,operational and technical characteristics of the basic knowledge of the course,the traditional teaching methods can not meet the needs of classroom teaching and students’future professional needs.In this paper,we use the functions of instant chat software WeChat,such as group,friends,WeChat public number and so on,to carry out the precise flip class of immunology test course,and discuss it.In the process of teaching,the functions of WeChat are effectively coordinated and applied flexibly,and a better teaching effect is achieved.
