摘要
目的探讨结直肠癌组织中间隙连接蛋白26(connexin 26,Cx26)的表达及其与预后的相关性。方法选取2014年1月至2016年12月于内江市第二人民医院行根治术+辅助化疗的83例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,采用免疫组织化学染色检测并比较患者癌组织和癌旁组织中的Cx26表达水平,分析癌组织Cx26表达水平与临床病理特征和预后的相关性。结果癌组织Cx26阳性表达率显著低于癌旁组织(P<0.001)。癌组织Cx26阴性组患者肿瘤低分化、淋巴结转移、TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的比率和术前癌胚抗原水平均显著高于阳性组(均P<0.05)。83例患者随访13~61个月,中位随访时间为38.0个月,癌组织Cx26阴性组患者的中位总生存时间与无进展生存时间均显著短于阳性组(均P<0.05)。结论 Cx26在不同临床病理特征结直肠癌患者中的表达存在差异,癌组织中Cx26表达水平显著下调的结直肠癌患者通常预后较差。
Objective To investigate the expression of connexin 26(Cx26)in colorectal cancer and its correlation with prognosis.Method 83 patients with colorectal cancer underwent radical operation and adjuvant chemotherapy in the Second People's Hospital of Neijiang from January 2014 to December 2016 were enrolled for the study.The expression level of Cx26 in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues of all patients were detected by immunohistochemistry and compared.And the correlation between the expression level of Cx26 in cancer tissues and clinicopathological characteristics,clinical prognosis were analyzed.Result The positive rate of Cx26 in cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.001).The proportions of low differentiation,lymph node metastasis,TNM stageⅢtoⅣand preoperative carcinoembryonic antigen level in cancer tissues Cx26 negative group were significantly higher than those in positive group(all P<0.05).All patients were followed up for 13~61 months,and the median follow-up time was 38.0 months.The median overall survival and progress free survival of patients in cancer tissues Cx26 negative group were significantly shorter than those in positive group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Cx26 in different clinicopathological characteristics colorectal cancer patients is different.Colorectal cancer patients with significantly down-regulated Cx26 expression in cancer tissues usually have a poor prognosis.
