摘要
在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法优化微波辅助提取黑糯玉米多糖的提取工艺,最佳工艺为料液比1∶10(g/mL)、微波功率750 W、微波时间1 min、浸提时间2.72 h、浸提温度90℃,在该条件下,多糖提取率可达49.21%,该工艺合理可行。继而对疲劳小鼠的模型组及黑糯玉米多糖各剂量组的血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)指标进行测定,结果表明:黑糯玉米多糖可明显提高疲劳小鼠血清SOD含量,降低MDA含量,对疲劳小鼠氧化损伤具有一定的保护作用。
On the basis of single factor experiments,the optimal extraction process of black glutinous maize polysaccharide was obtained by response surface method,the optimal process were as followes:solid-liquid ratio 1∶10(g/mL),microwave power 750 W,microwave time 1 min,extraction time 2.72 h and extraction temperature 90℃.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of polysaccharide could reach 49.21%.This extraction process was reasonable and feasible.The serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)of fatigue mice in model group and groups of different doses of black glutinous maize polysaccharide were measured.Results showed that black glutinous maize polysaccharides could significantly increase the content of SOD and reduce the content of MDA in serum of fatigue mice.The extracted black glutinous maize polysaccharides had a protective effect of oxidative damage on fatigue mice.
