摘要
建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定面粉中铁的方法。面粉试样选择微波消解法进行前处理,用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计进行测定,标准曲线线性范围内线性相关性大于0.999。对河南小麦成分分析物质进行测定,精密度良好,结果在扩展不确定度范围内。对面粉样品进行3种含量加标,加标回收率在92.8%~109.0%。该方法操作简单、稳定性高、回收率好。
The determination of iron in flour by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was established.The flour samples were pretreated by microwave digestion and determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer.In the linear range of the standard curve,the linear correlation was greater than 0.999.The determination of the constituents of Henan wheat showed good precision and the results were in the range of expansion uncertainty.Three kinds of content of flour samples were marked,and the recovery rate was 92.8%~109.0%.The method is simple to operate,with high stability and good recovery.
