摘要
目的为复发性口腔溃疡找到一种合理、规范、有效的药物治疗途径。方法通过对复发性口腔溃疡的病因及病理生理进行分析,确立了治疗的3个重要环节:控制复发性口腔溃疡坏死性炎症的进一步发展;修复已经损害的口腔黏膜;防止或减少复发。然后对某三甲医院口腔科医师治疗复发性口腔溃疡30张处方作相关分析及评价,发现其存在的问题。结果30张处方有效性得分为45分,占有效性满分(90分)的50%,而另一项指标非治疗性药物的使用扣分达44分,按合理用药的原则,该项标准得分应为0分。结论部分临床口腔医生对复发性口腔溃疡的治疗仍然存在不合理及滥用药物现象,因此,建立规范化药物治疗标准十分必要。
Objective To explore a rational,standardized,and effective medical therapy pathway for the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcers.Methods Three key points of treatment were determined through the analysis of the etiology and pathophysiology of recurrent aphthous ulcers,namely,controlling the further development of necrotic inflammation in recurrent aphthous ulcer,repairing the damaged oral mucosa,and preventing or reducing recurrence.A total of 30 prescriptions written by stomatologists for recurrent aphthous ulcers in a level-3 grade A hospital were analyzed and evaluated,especially the problems in those prescriptions.Results The validity score of those 30 prescriptions was 45,accounting for 50%of the full-point of effectiveness(90 points).The scores of applying non-therapeutic drugs were deducted by 44 points,which should be 0 point as the standard point,according to the principle of rational drug use.Conclusion In the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcers,there is still some irrational drug use or drug abuse,therefore,it is necessary to establish a set of standards for drug treatment.
