摘要
资助育人是促进教育公平和社会公正的重要举措,也是扶困、扶智和扶志的有效手段。目前高校资助育人工作存在诸多问题,高校须在精准扶贫思想指导下,积极构建符合精准扶贫要求的高校学生精准资助育人体系,将精准资助和资助育人有机结合起来,最大限度地保障贫困家庭子女“有学上、上好学”,有效阻断贫困代际传递,促进贫困家庭子女健康成长成才。
Financial subsidy and moral education system is an important measure to promote educational fairness and social justice,which is also an effective means to poverty,mentality and intelligence alleviation.At present,there are many problems in financial subsidy and moral education system in colleges and universities.Under the guidance of the targeted poverty alleviation,colleges and universities must actively construct an accurate subsidy and moral education system for college students that meets the requirements of targeted poverty alleviation,and combine accurate subsidy with moral education flexibly,and make sure the students of poor families can afford the tuition and have access to top colleges,and effectively block the intergenerational transmission of poverty,and guarantee the growth and success of students of poor families.
