摘要
提出了一种宽频带可调谐雷达吸波材料,并分析了电磁-热能转换机制。在衬底表面添加一层薄而高介电的偏压层,通过施加外加偏压改变石墨烯的化学势,从而实现了GHz频段吸波性能的动态调控。计算结果表明,没有外加偏压作用时,在7.8~21.2 GHz频率范围内的吸收率大于90%,提高外加偏压可使吸收峰移向低频移动;功率为0.5 W的电磁波垂直入射时,谐振频点处由于电磁损耗使石墨烯表面温度升高至71℃。该吸波材料兼具了宽带吸波与可调谐特性,有望在RCS缩减、自适应隐身等领域发挥重要作用。
A broadband tunable radar absorbing material was presented and the EM-thermal energy conversion mechanism was analyzed.By adding a thin and high dielectric bias layer on the surface of the substrate and changing the chemical potential of the graphene by adjusting external bias,the dynamic control of absorbing range in GHz band was realized.The calculated results show that the absorption rate is more than 90%in the frequency range from 7.8 GHz to 21.2 GHz when there is no external bias,and increasing bias voltage can shift the absorption peak to low frequency.When the EM-wave with the power of 0.5 W is incident vertically,the surface temperature of graphene increases to 71℃due to the EM-loss at the resonant frequency.The absorbing material has both broadband and tunable characteristics,which is expected to play an important role in RCS reduction,adaptive stealth and other fields.
