走向教师主导的专业学习新范式——基于美国加州ILC项目介评

摘要 基础教育课程改革的关键是有适应课程改革的教师队伍,强大的教师队伍的建立有赖于教师不断的专业学习."教学领导团"项目是美国加利福尼亚州发起的全州教师合作性专业学习项目,该项目通过建立本地教学领导团队,为加州教师提供专业学习机会,转变了教师的教学实践,提高了学生的参与度,彰显了教师领导力.ILC项目在实施过程中因地制宜、通过同伴互助、多方支持、系统跟进以及构建战略关系,建立了教师主导的专业学习范式,对改进我国新课改下教师的专业学习以及校本培训模式具有借鉴意义. The key to the curriculum reform of basic education is to have a teacher team adapted to the curriculum re-form.The establishment of a strong teacher team depends on the continuous professional learning of teachers.The In-structional Leadership Corps(ILC)project is a statewide cooperative professional learning project for teachers initia-ted in California,USA.The project provides professional learning opportunities for California teachers by establishing a local teaching leadership team,transforming teachers'teaching practices,increasing student participation,and demon-strating teacher leadership.In the implementation process of the ILC project,the measures were adapted to local con-ditions,through peer assistance,multi-party support,systematic follow-up,and building strategic relationships,a teacher-led professional learning paradigm was established,which is of significance for improving teachers'profes-sional learning and school-based training models under the new curriculum reform in China.
