摘要
【目的/意义】应用知识进化的视角剖析开放式创新社区知识本身的创新演化规律,挖掘新知识的创新演化逻辑。【方法/过程】融合知识遗传及知识变异的作用机制,详述知识进化的网络演变连接机理,结构特征,以"花粉俱乐部"社区为案例,应用Ucinet构建知识进化的网络图谱。【结果/结论】知识进化是用户间知识协同交互的作用过程,同时知识进化是在遗传作用力以及变异作用力的双重作用下,不断创新知识结构,形成新的知识体系,为企业提供源源不断创意的过程。
【Purpose/significance】From the perspective of knowledge evolution, this paper analyzes the regulation of innovation and evolution of knowledge itself in open innovation community, and explores the logic of innovation and evolution of new knowledge.【Method/process】Combining the mechanism of knowledge inheritance and knowledge variation, this paper details the network evolution connection mode and structural characteristics of knowledge evolution. Taking "pollen club" community as an example, Ucinet is applied to construct the network map of knowledge evolution.【Result/conclusion】Knowledge evolution is an interactive process of knowledge collaboration among users. At the same time, knowledge evolution is a process of continuously innovating knowledge structure, forming a new knowledge system and providing continuous innovation for enterprises under the dual effects of genetic and variation forces.
