摘要
在短时期素质教育无法完全取代应试教育情况下,我国高等教育发展到新的阶段,开始从精英教育转向大众化教育,高等院校普遍存在招生规模扩大,高校的生源质量发生较大变化,尤其二类本科院校生源质量变化较为明显。依据二类本科院校学生实际情况,分析了二本院校生源质量变化特征及高等院校实际教学过程中存在的问题,结合多年教学实践经验,提出教学改进建议,以期为二本院校提升教学质量水平提供参考。
Quality education can not completely replace exam-oriented education in a short period of time,and China′s higher education has developed to a new stage.It began to shift from elite education to mass education,and the enrollment scale of colleges generally expanded.The quality of students in colleges has changed significantly,especially in the class II undergraduate colleges.Based on the situation of the students in the second-class colleges,the characteristics of the change in student quality and the problems in teaching are analyzed.Combining years of teaching experience,suggestions for teaching improvement are put forward to provide a reference for the class II undergraduate colleges to improve the teaching quality.
