2319 Aluminum Alloy Arc Additive Manufacturing Forming and Microstructure

摘要 选择CMT电弧作为热源完成2319铝合金电弧增材制造,通过试验分析送丝速度、焊接速度、层间等待时间等因素对于成型和组织性能的影响.结果表明,送丝速度和焊接速度是2个关键因素,两者的关系会直接影响成型质量与组织性能,最佳成型效果的送丝速度为2.0 m·min^-1,焊接速度为300 mm·min^-1,层间等待时间为80 s.通过SEM测试发现,2319铝合金增材构件的显微组织主要为均匀的等轴晶与等轴枝晶,同时包含少量柱状晶和细小的等轴晶;通过EDS分析,电弧增材制造的2319铝合金主要成分Al和Cu的组织形式为固溶体α相和θ相共存. The CMT arc was selected as the heat source to complete the arc additive manufacturing of 2319 aluminum alloy.The effects of wire feed speed,travelling speed and interlayer waiting time on the forming and microstructure properties were analyzed through experiments.The results show that the wire feed speed and travelling speed are two key factors,and the relationship between the two directly affects the molding quality and composition.The best forming effect has an wire feed speed of 2.0 m·min^-1,a travelling speed of 300 mm·min^-1,and a waiting time of 80 s between layers.Observation of metallographic structure by SEM,the microstructure of the 2319 aluminum alloy additive component is mainly uniform isometric crystal and isometric dendrites crystal,and contains a small amount of columnar crystals and little isometric crystals;through EDS analysis,the structure of Al and Cu,the main components of 2319 aluminum alloy manufactured by arc additive,is the coexistence ofαphase andθphase of solid solution.
