摘要 针对目前在注塑生产过程中的模具受力不均、夹紧力不足的问题,该文设计了一种利用ZigBee和NB-IoT结合的云端注塑机锁模力监测系统。通过对注塑机4根格林柱上的锁模力进行监测,可以分析出当前格林柱的受力情况,以提高塑料产品的质量、延长模具和注塑机的使用寿命。系统使用应变电测法测量系统的锁模力,通过8个无线锁模力监测设备完成4根格林柱锁模力的在线监测,使用ZigBee实现监测设备和网关设备的无线网络连接,并通过NB-IoT将测量数据上传至云端,实现数据的云端管理。通过实际测试,该系统可有效地解决由于锁模力不均造成的注塑生产问题,提高产品质量,降低产品不良率。 Aiming at the problems of uneven force and insufficient clamping force of the mold in the injection molding production process,a clamping force monitoring system for the injection molding machine based on the combination of ZigBee and NB-IoT was proposed.By monitoring the clamping force on the four Green Columns of the injection molding machine,the current force of Green Columns can be analyzed to improve the quality of plastic products and extend the service life of the mold and injection molding machine.The system uses strain electrical measurement to measure the clamping force of the system.The online monitoring of the clamping force of 4 Green Columns is completed through 8 wireless clamping force monitoring devices.The wireless network connection between the monitoring device and the gateway device is achieved using ZigBee.NB-IoT uploads measurement data to the cloud to achieve cloud data management.Through actual testing,the system can effectively solve the problem of injection production due to uneven clamping force,improve product quality,and reduce product failure rates.
