摘要 螺杆是注射成型机的关键零件,对注射成型制品的质量有直接的影响。介绍了分离型注射螺杆的设计过程,并以自行设计的分离型螺杆和通用螺杆进行了不同工艺条件下塑化能力、塑化质量、轴向温差等的实验分析。研究表明,与通用型螺杆相比,分离型螺杆具有较高的塑化能力,同时可以提高熔料的塑化质量。 Screw was the key part of the injection molding machine which had the important influence on quality of the injection molding parts. The design of the barrier injection screw was introduced. The experiments of plastic capacity and melt quality about the barrier injection screw and general-purpose injection screw were carried out. The experimental results indicated that the plastic capacity and melt quality of the barrier injection screw were better than those of general-purpose screw.
