摘要
为及时准确地掌握机组的生产成本,确保电厂在电力市场交易、滚动调频报价中得到可靠的数据支撑,提出一种燃煤机组度电成本及边际成本的实时获取方法。首先基于燃煤机组电力生产工艺原理,从电厂实际成本构成出发,构建度电燃料成本、脱硫剂和脱硝剂耗用成本及其他变动成本的计算模型;继而利用计算机信息处理技术,提出机组度电成本特性曲线的获取方法,并根据边际成本与度电成本的换算关系,推导出边际成本特性曲线。最后利用某600 MW、1 000 MW机组进行实例验证,结果表明:实时计算出的度电成本与财务核算成本之间的最大偏差为-3.9%,在工程允许范围之内;推导出的边际成本在机组稳燃负荷至满负荷的区间之内,随着负荷的增加先降低再升高,验证了所提的燃煤机组度电成本及边际成本实时获取方法的可行性。
In order to grasp the production cost of the unit timely and accurately,and provide data support for the power plant in the power market transaction and rolling frequency modulation quotation,a real-time acquisition method of the power consumption cost and marginal cost of the coal-fired unit is proposed.Based on the principle of power production technology of coal-fired units and the actual cost structure of the power plant,the calculation model of the cost of power fuel,the cost of desulfurizer and denitrifier,and other variable costs are established.By using computer and information processing technology,the acquisition method of the cost characteristic curve of the unit is put forward.According to the conversion relationship between marginal cost and cost per kWh,the calculation method of marginal cost characteristic curve is deduced.The verification results of a 600 MW and 1000 MW unit show that the maximum deviation between the real-time calculated electricity cost and the financial accounting cost is-3.9%,which is within the allowable scope of the project.Within the load range from stable combustion load to full load of the unit,the derived marginal cost decreases first and then increases with the increase of the negative load,which verifies the real-time acquisition method of the electricity cost and marginal cost of coal-fired units is feasible.
