摘要
主数据指可以在企业内跨越不同应用的核心业务实体,是各类基础数据的唯一来源,可以帮助解决企业范围内基础数据一致性的问题并提高数据质量。通过获取或构建现有应用系统的ER图、识别符合"应用广泛性"特征的数据、获取或构建现有应用系统的DFD图、识别符合"相对稳定性"特征的数据和主数据系统的数据建模五个步骤,可以从企业现有信息系统中抽取可共享的、高价值的基础数据,构建主数据体系的基本框架。
Master data is the core business entities that span m ultiple applications,it is the only source of the basic data and therefore helps to ensure data consistency and improve data quality.Through 5 steps including obtaining or establishing E-R diagram of current information systems,recognizing the widely used data,obtaining or establishing DFD of current information systems,recognizing the relatively stable data,master data modeling,those sharable and high value basic data can be identified,thus the basic framework of master data systems can be established.
