摘要
随着自身免疫性肝病(autoimmune liver disease,AILD)抗体检测技术的不断发展,AILD日益备受关注。近年来,大量动物模型及临床研究证实肠道菌群在AILD病程中发挥重要作用,本文就AILD与肠道菌群失调的研究进展作一概述。
With the development of antibody detection technology for autoimmune liver diseases(AILD),AILD have attracted more and more attention.In recent years,a large number of animal models and clinical studies have confirmed that intestinal flora plays an important role in the course of AILD.This paper reviewed the research progress of AILD and intestinal flora imbalance.
