摘要
底盘是农机装备中最重要的功能性基础载体,尤其对于地形多变的南方丘陵山区作业环境,底盘的行走可靠性是决定未来智能农业机器人能否稳定作业的关键因素之一,本文结合当前国内外农业装备领域的底盘研究现状与形势,选取目前国内典型相关案例进行分析,并重点阐述底盘随机与自激振动、行走机构的地面运动特性等研究方法进展和存在问题。在此基础上,提出非结构化地形机具行走评价指标建议,为未来智能农机和数字农业的发展提供参考和依据。
Chassis is the most important functional basic carrier of agricultural machinery equipment,especially for the working environment of southern hilly and mountainous areas with changeable terrain.The walking reliability of chassis is one of the key factors determining the stable operation of intelligent agricultural robot in the future.In this paper,based on the current research situation and situation of chassis in the field of agricultural equipment at home and abroad,typical domestic cases are selected to summarize and synthesize The progress and existing problems in the research methods of random and self-excited vibration of chassis and ground motion characteristics of walking mechanism are described.On this basis,the paper puts forward the evaluation index of unstructured terrain machinery walking,which provides technical system reference and scientific basis for the future development of intelligent agricultural machinery and digital agriculture.
