摘要
针对接地压力是衡量履带式机械性能的要素之一,结合大型矿用履带式挖掘机的行走机构,利用动力学分析软件ADAMS,基于极限坡路及极限转向2种典型作业工况的动态特性进行了动力学仿真研究.通过定量及定性的分析,得到了不易于进行物理实验的大型机械设备的行走装置接地压力分布规律,所得结论为该类行走机构载荷分布的深度分析及性能研究提供了基础.
Due that the groung pressure is a key criterion for crawler machinery performance evaluation,the walking mechanism of large-scale mining crawler excavators is studied.Under two typical working conditions,i.e.the limited slope and steering,the dynamical simulation is conducted using such dynamical analysis software as ADAMSTM.By the means of qualitative and quantitative analyses,the groung pressure distribution of walking mechanisms is investigated on large-scale machinery without physical experiments.In so doing,this approach sets a basis on loading distribution depth and performance analyses.
