摘要
目的研究品管圈(Quality control circle,QCC)对于消毒供应中心护理人员的作用与效果。方法选出我院的13位消毒供应中心护理人员,对所有护理人员都施予QCC,将2018年10月—2019年10月作为实施QCC后,将2017年9月—2018年9月作为实施QCC前,对其最终的结果观察并比较。结果在实施QCC后,所有护理人员手卫生的总依从性对比实施QCC以前更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于消毒供应中心护理人员,QCC效果颇为显著,能够最大限度地提升其手卫生总的依从性。
Objective To study the effect and functions of quality control circle(QCC)on nursing staff in disinfection and supply center.Methods 13 nurses from the disinfection supply center were selected to apply QCC to all nurses.After QCC was implemented from October 2018 to October 2019,and before QCC from September 2017 to September 2018,the final results were observed and compared.Results After the implementation of QCC,the total compliance of hand hygiene of all nursing staff was higher than that before the implementation of QCC,there is a very significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion QCC has a significant effect on nursing staff in disinfection supply center,which can maximize their compliance with hand hygiene.
