摘要
智慧工地是指综合运用移动应用、物联网计算和大数据等技术,围绕人员、机械、物料、环境等关键要素,建立信息智能采集、管理高效协同、数据科学分析、过程智慧预测的施工现场立体化信息模型,形成“端+云+大数据”的业务体系。本文结合某电厂三期扩建工程智慧工地建设应用过程,讲述在电厂内如何通过部署各种数据采集终端传感器,植入到建筑、机械、人员穿戴设施、场地进出关卡口等各类物体中,并开发建设智慧工地综合管控平台,从而降低运营成本,节省人力投入,减少安全隐患,规范施工管理,有效缓解项目施工现场劳务、设备、材料、安全、环境等方面的管理难题。
Intelligent construction site is a three-dimensional information model,which integrates mobile application,Internet of Things computing and big data technology,and establishes intelligent information collection,efficient management and collaboration,data scientific analysis and process wisdom prediction around key elements such as personnel,machinery,materials and environment,so as to form"end+cloud+large number".According to the business system,combining with the application process of intelligent site construction in the third phase expansion project of a power plant,this paper describes how to deploy various data acquisition terminal sensors in the power plant,implant them into various objects such as buildings,machinery,personnel wearing facilities,site entry and exit gates,and develop and construct an integrated management and control platform for intelligent site,so as to reduce transportation,operating cost,saving manpower investment,reducing potential safety hazards,standardizing construction management,effectively alleviating the management problems of labor,equipment,materials,safety,environment and other aspects of the project construction site.
