摘要
随着老龄化问题的日益严峻,我国养老压力越来越重。而互联网、物联网等现代信息技术发展为养老服务业带来新的机遇。随之出现的智慧养老服务是一种新型养老模式。为保证智慧养老服务质量,文章应用AHP方法确定智慧养老服务顾客需求的初始权重,运用质量功能展开(QFD)将智慧养老服务的顾客需求转化为养老服务质量特性,同时通过决策试验和评价实验法(DEMATEL)模型的计算分别考虑顾客需求与质量特性间的自相关关系以修正对应权重,然后由权重大小对智慧养老服务质量特性进行排序,最后根据质量屋的计算和分析结果为我国智慧养老服务企业提出一些相关建议。
With the increasingly serious aging problem,China's pressure on elderly care system is getting heavier and heavier.The development of modern information technology such as the Internet and the Internet of Things has brought opportunities to the elderly care service industry.The intelligent elderly care service which has been proposed recently is a new type of elderly care model.To ensure the quality of intelligent elderly care service,this paper applies AHP method to determine the weights of customer requirements(CRs)of the service,and uses QFD to translate the CR into the quality characteristics(QCs)of elderly care service.By considering the sel f-correlation among CRs and the self-correlation among QCs,DEMATEL model is.employed to modify their initial weights and the QCs are sorted by their final weights.Finally,based on the results of calculation and analysis of the quality of house,some suggestions are proposed for the companies which provide intelligent elderly care services.
