摘要
目的分析在治疗胆囊结石中应用腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的治疗效果。方法选取该院2017年5月—2019年5月期间收治的90例胆囊结石患者作为该次研究对象,依据入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,各45例,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果组间术中情况对比,观察组手术时间更短(62.5±9.5)min、术中出血量更少(41.5±6.5)m L,切口长度更短(3.3±1.0)cm,差异有统计学意义(t=7.151、9.632、7.596,P<0.05);组间术后恢复情况对比,观察组在下床活动(14.5±1.2)h、肛门排气(25.4±4.5)h、肠胃恢复(24.5±3.4)h、住院(4.3±1.2)d等4个方面的时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.696、6.966、7.111、7.633,P<0.05);组间并发症发生率对比,数据结果显示(17.8%vs 4.4%),观察组并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.633,P<0.05);组间炎性因子水平对比,治疗后,观察组炎性因子水平明显低于对照组;两组对比差异有统计学意义(t=7.931、7.996,P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石的效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallbladder stones.Methods Ninety patients with gallbladder stones treated the hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the order of admission,45 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,and the treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results Comparison of intraoperative conditions between the groups,the observation group had shorter operation time(62.5±9.5)min,less intraoperative blood loss(41.5±6.5)mL,and shorter incision length(3.3±1.0)cm,the difference was significant(t=7.151,9.632,7.596,P<0.05);comparison of postoperative recovery between the groups,the observation group was out of bed(14.5±1.2)h,anal exhaust(25.4±4.5)h,and gastrointestinal recovery(24.5±3.4)h and hospital stay(4.3±1.2)days were shorter than those in the control group,with significant differences(t=7.696,6.966,7.111,7.633,P<0.05);the incidence of complications between groups was compared,and the results showed that(17.8%vs 4.4%),the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group,and the difference was significant(χ^2=9.633,P<0.05);the levels of inflammatory factors were compared between groups.After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group;the difference between the two groups was significant(t=7.931,7.996 P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on gallbladder stones is significant and worthy of promotion.
