摘要
目的 探究循证护理与案例教学结合的教学方法在康复科临床护理带教中的效果, 为护理实习生临床护理提供指导.方法 选择该院2018年6月-2019年3月间100名护理实习生,采用随机分组法均分为对照组和观察组,每组各50名.对照组采取传统教学方法开展教学,观察组采用循证护理与案例教学结合的方法开展教学.对比两组实习生带教情况.结果 观察组的实践成绩和理论成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生对教学评价明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 采取循证护理结合案例教学的方法对护理实习生进行教学,能有效提高实习生的实践成绩和理论成绩,获得优异评价,提高临床护理带教水平.
Objective To explore the effect of the teaching method of combining evidence-based nursing and case teaching in clinical nursing teaching in rehabilitation department,and to provide guidance for clinical nursing students.Methods A total of 100 nursing interns in the hospital from June 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods for teaching,and the observation group adopted evidence-based nursing combined with case teaching for teaching.Compare the teaching situation of the two groups of interns.Results The practical and theoretical scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05);the internship of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using evidence-based nursing combined with case teaching to teach nursing interns can effectively improve the practical and theoretical results of interns,obtain excellent evaluation,and improve the level of clinical nursing teaching.
