摘要
针对医院建设工程中某些施工单位利用“讨薪”事件提出多拨付工程款的现状问题,分析了民工欠薪的几种形式和发生的原因,提出了应对方法,总结了治本之策。
In view of some construction units allocating more project funds by the"migrant workers asking for salary"event,this article analyzes several forms and causes of the migrant workers unpaid wages,puts forward the countermeasures and sums up the root causes.
