摘要
结合医院工程建设管理工作实践,介绍了医院工程建设在可行性研究和设计阶段、施工阶段项目管理的主要工作内容和经验体会,重点论述了项目成本管理的具体措施。
This article presents his experiences and the main contents of hospital construction project during the different periods of hospital construction procedure such as feasibility research period conception period and construction period in connection with his management practice on hospital construction project and explains as focus concrete measures to manage the project cost.
