摘要
为观察综合疗法治疗慢性肾衰竭患者便秘的效果,将慢性肾衰竭便秘患者100例随机分为对照组和综合疗法组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规疗法治疗,综合疗法组采用综合疗法治疗,比较2组慢性肾衰竭患者便秘的疗效,排便症状积分、每周排便次数,治疗前后患者生活自理Barthel指数评分及复发率。结果显示,综合疗法组总有效率为100.00%,对照组为78.00%,2组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后综合疗法组患者排便症状积分、每周排便次数均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者生活自理Barthel指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后综合疗法组患者生活自理Barthel指数评分高于对照组(P<0.05);综合疗法组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,综合疗法治疗慢性肾衰竭患者便秘效果良好,可有效缓解便秘症状,提高患者的生活自理能力,降低便秘复发率。
This study was to observe the efficacy of combined therapy for treating constiaption in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF),randomly divided CRF patients(100cases)into control group(50cases,routine therapy)and combined therapy group(50cases,combined therapy);then compared both groups'effect on constipation,the score on defecation symptom,the number of defecation per week,the Barhel indexes'score,and recurrence rate.As results,before treatment in Barhel indexes'score there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);but,after treatment in total effective rate,in Barhel indexes'score,as well in the score on defecation symptoms and the number of defecation per week combined therapy group was respectively higher(100%vs 78.00%),higher,lower than,as well superior to control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that for CRF patients'constipation the combined therapy has good effect,can effectively relieve constipation symptoms,enhance patients'vital capacity,and reduce constipation recurrence rate.
