摘要
目的 探讨腹部穴位按摩联合耳穴埋豆治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法 选择本院2014年9月~2015年9月收治的功能性便秘患者80例,按入院顺序随机分为治疗组（单号,40例）和对照组（双号40例）,分别给予常规治疗联合腹部穴位按摩、耳穴埋豆和常规治疗,疗程均为4周。观察两组CSS评分,并将疗效进行比较分析。结果 两组患者治疗前CSS评分无统计学差异（P〉0.05）;两组治疗后与各组治疗前相比,CSS评分均有下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后治疗组CSS评分小于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为85.0%、57.5%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 常规治疗联合腹部穴位按摩、耳穴埋豆可以有效地改善患者的功能性便秘及胃肠功能,从而进一步增强患者体质。此法简单易行、实用性强,可作为功能性便秘的治疗手段。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of abdominal acupoints massage combined with auricular point detaining needle in treatment of functional constipation. Methods 80 patients with functional constipation treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group（patients with odd numbers, 40 cases） and control group（patients with even numbers, 40 cases）. Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, while patients in the treatment group were additionally given abdominal acupoints massage combined with auricular point detaining needle, both for 4 weeks. The CSS scores and the effect in both groups were observed and compared. Results There was no significant difference in CSS between two groups before treatment（P 0.05）. After treatment, CSS scores were significantly lower in both groups when compared with those before treatment of each group（P0.05）. After treatment, the CSS was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）. The overall response rate was 85.0% in the treatment group and 57.5% in the control group, which was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Conventional treatment combined with abdominal acupoints massage and auricular point detaining needle can effectively relieve functional constipation and improve gastrointestinal function of patients, thus further improve physical condition of patients. This therapy is easy to conduct and very practical, and can be applied as a nursing method for functional constipation.
