摘要
为明确影响活性焦烧结烟气脱硫的主要因素,通过模拟试验和生产数据统计分析探究脱硫塔自上至下脱硫率变化趋势和各运行参数对脱硫率的影响。模拟试验表明,循环使用后的活性焦孔隙结构更加发达,表面含氧官能团含量增加,进而其初期脱硫性能低于新鲜活性焦,后期优于新鲜活性焦。错流式脱硫塔自上至下脱硫率先后经历100%、快速降低、缓慢降低等过程。生产数据统计分析表明,脱硫率与SO2质量浓度、O2体积分数、H2O体积分数、NH3与NOx物质的量之比、解析温度呈正相关,与活性焦床温度、体积空速呈负相关。其中,SO2质量浓度、体积空速、活性焦床温度对脱硫率影响最大。运行参数之间存在多重共线性现象,烧结漏风率升高或空气补加量增加将引起诸多运行参数的变化,但总体上有利于脱硫率的提高。
In order to clear main factors affecting the desulfurization of activated coke for sintering flue gas,the simulation experiments and statistical analysis of production data were carried out to explore the trend of desulfurization rate from the top to bottom of desulfurization tower and the influence of various operating parameters on desulfurization rate.The simulation experiments show the pore structure of recycled activated coke is more developed and its oxygen-containing functional groups increases.Then,the initial desulfurization performance of recycled activated coke is lower than that of fresh activated coke,but the later it is better than that of fresh activated coke.The desulfurization rate of the cross-flow desulfurization tower from top to bottom undergoes the trend of 100%,rapid reduction,and slow reduction.Statistical analysis of the production data shows that the desulfurization rate is positively correlated with SO2 mass concentration,O2 volume fraction,H2O volume fraction,NH3 to NOx amount of substance ratio and desorption temperature,and negatively correlated with activated coke bed temperature and volume space velocity.Among them,SO2 mass concentration,volume space velocity,and activated coke bed temperature have the greatest influence on desulfurization rate.There are multiple collinear phenomena among the operating parameters.The increase of sintering air leakage rate or the increase of air replenishment will cause many operating parameters to change,but it is generally beneficial to the improvement of desulfurization rate.
