摘要
目的:探讨用案例教学法对护理实习生进行带教的效果。方法:选取2018年8月至2019年8月期间在西南医科大学附属医院实习的90名护理实习生作为研究对象。将2018年8月至2019年2月期间在该院实习的45名护理实习生设为参照组,将2019年3月至2019年8月期间在该院实习的45名护理实习生设为试验组。用常规方法对对照组护理实习生进行带教,用案例教学法对试验组护理实习生进行带教。然后比较对两组护理实习生进行带教的效果。结果:进行带教后,试验组护理实习生的理论知识得分、操作技能得分、观察能力评分、专科操作能力评分、应急能力评分、评判性思维能力评分及对带教方法的总满意率均高于参照组护理实习生,P<0.05。结论:用案例教学法对护理实习生进行带教的效果较为理想。
objective:to explore the effect of case teaching on nursing interns.Methods:a total of 90 nursing interns from the affiliated hospital of southwest medical university from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as research subjects.45 nursing interns interned in the hospital from August 2018 to February 2019 were set as the reference group,and 45 nursing interns interned in the hospital from March 2019 to August 2019 were set as the experimental group.The nursing interns in the control group were taught with the conventional method,and the nursing interns in the experimental group were taught with the case teaching method.Then the effect of teaching the two groups of nursing interns was compared.Results:after teaching,the scores of theoretical knowledge,operation skills,observation ability,specialist operation ability,emergency ability,critical thinking ability and overall satisfaction rate of nursing interns in the experimental group were all higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the teaching effect of case teaching on nur sing interns is ideal.
