案例教学法在“外科护理学”教学中的应用效果探究 被引量:8

摘要 将三年制高职护理专业学生随机分为案例教学组和传统教学组,比较两组学生在护士执业考试题库、护师职称考试题库及湖南省高职护理专业学生技能考核题库中"外科护理学"的理论和实践考试成绩、一般自我效能感及对课程教学的满意度。结果显示,案例教学组的理论和实践成绩均高于传统教学组(P<0.05);案例教学一般自我效能感提升了4.85%(t=16.643,P<0.05),较传统教学高出5.46%(t=6.214,P<0.05);案例教学对外科护理学课程教学满意度明显高于对照组(χ2=23.011,P<0.05)。研究表明,案例教学法教学效果较好,能激发学生学习积极性,有效提高学生发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力,培养学生沟通能力、创新能力和团队协作精神。 Three-year higher vocational students for nursing specialty were randomly divided into case teaching group and traditional teaching group,compared their theoretical and practical test scores,general self-efficacy and satisfaction by nurse licensing examination,nurse practitioner examination and students skills examination in Hunan province.The results show that the theoretical and practical scores of the case teaching group were higher than those of the traditional teaching group(P<0.05),but the general self-efficacy increased by 4.85%(t=16.643,P<0.05),which was 5.46%higher than that of the traditional teaching group(t=6.214,P<0.05),moreover,the satisfaction degree of the case teaching group was significantly higher than that of those(χ^2=23.011,P<0.05).Finally,the author finds that case teaching method can stimulate students'learning enthusiasm,effectively improve students'ability to grasp,analyze and solve problems,and cultivate students'communication and innovation ability and teamwork spirit.
