摘要
基于目前装配式框架结构存在的技术问题,结合梁柱节点预制工艺和超高性能混凝土(UHPC)短连接技术,前期研发了一种基于UHPC连接的新型装配式框架结构体系(命名为PCUS)。依托上海金山海玥瀜庭项目的物业办公楼,进行了PCUS体系的专项设计,在施工现场进行1∶1的现场压载试验论证,证明了PCUS体系设计简单快捷,受力安全可靠。研发了PCUS体系的专用施工机具,通过示范项目说明了施工操作可行性。与传统装配式框架结构相比,具有更高的社会效益和经济效益,可为其他类似工程提供借鉴。
Based on the existing technical problems of the prefabricated frame structures,combined with the prefabrication technology of beam column joints and ultra high performance concrete(UHPC)short connection technology,a new prefabricated frame structure system based on UHPC connection(named PCUS)is developed in the early stage.Based on the property office building of Shanghai Jinshan Haiyueting project,the special design of PCUS is carried out,and the 1:1 on-site ballast test demonstration is carried out on the construction site,which proves that the design of the PCUS is simple and fast and the stress is safe and reliable.The special construction machines and tools of PCUS are developed,and the feasibility of construction operation is ilustrated by the demonstration project.Compared with the traditional prefabricated frame structure,PCUC has higher social and economic benefits,which can be used as reference for other similar projects.
