摘要
蔬菜在居民膳食结构中占据着重要的地位,蔬菜供给能够影响居民的生活质量,保障蔬菜充足的供给是关乎民生的重大问题。北京的城市发展定位限定了农业的非主导产业地位,在京津冀协同发展背景下,如何协调北京蔬菜产业发展方向与政策导向之间的关系,是保持北京蔬菜产业竞争力的关键所在。本研究结合了北京市蔬菜产业的发展现状,运用主成分分析方法,构建了北京蔬菜产业发展竞争力的综合评价模型,并对比分析北京、天津和河北3个地区的蔬菜产业基础及潜在竞争力,最后根据实证结果,为提升北京蔬菜产业竞争力水平提供理论和实践层面的参考依据与建议。
Vegetables occupy an important position in the dietary structure of residents.The supply of vegetables can affect the quality of life of residents,and ensuring adequate supply of vegetables is a major issue concerning people's livelihood.The urban development orientation of Beijing limits the status of non-dominant industries in agriculture.Under the background of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,how to coordinate the relationship between the development direction of Beijing vegetable industry and policy orientation is the key to maintaining the competitiveness of Beijing's vegetable industry.Based on the current situation of vegetable industry in Beijing,this paper constructed a comprehensive evaluation model of the competitiveness of vegetable industry in Beijing by using principal component analysis,and compared and analyzed the vegetable industry foundation and potential competitiveness of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Finally,according to the empirical results,in order to enhance the competitiveness of vegetable industry in Beijing.The level of competitiveness of vegetable industry provides theoretical and practical reference basis and suggestions.
