摘要
湖南文化产业传统业态不断做大做强做优,但供给侧结构性问题突出;文化产业新业态不断涌现,业态创新活跃,但新业态的竞争力有待加强。湖南必须加快推进文化产业传统业态的供给侧结构性改革,促进文化产业传统业态转型升级;大力培育和创新发展文化产业新业态,提升文化产业新业态的供给质量和竞争力。为加快文化产业业态转型升级,湖南要进一步优化文化产业营商环境,着力招引国内外文化产业龙头公司落户湖南发展;要加强政策支持,提供税收、金融、科技等方面的支持;要加强文化产业优秀人才的引进、激励和培养,提供人力资源支持。
The traditional format of Hunan's cultural industry continues to grow bigger,stronger and better,but structural issues on the supply side are prominent;new formats of the cultural industry continue to emerge,and format innovation is active,but the competitiveness of the new format needs to be strengthened.Hunan must accelerate the supply-side structural reform of the traditional format of the cultural industry,promote the transformation and upgrading of the traditional format of the cultural industry;vigorously cultivate and innovate the new format of the cultural industry,and improve the supply quality and competitiveness of the new format of the cultural industry.In order to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the cultural industry format,Hunan should further optimize the business environment of the cultural industry,and strive to attract leading domestic and foreign cultural industry companies to settle in Hunan for development;strengthen policy support and provide tax,financial,and scientific support;and strengthen the cultural industry Introduce,inspire and train outstanding talents,and provide human resources support.
