摘要
为实现绞车盘刹系统在自动化钻机的安全可靠操作,开发了基于idriller■双司钻操作的盘刹控制系统。该系统采用冗余的双司钻操作终端,基于操作元件功能复用的概念,取消原有司钻操作工位的开关、电位计、仪表盘等,通过多功能手柄、多功能键盘完成操作命令的分发,实现盘刹工作钳刹车、盘刹急停、盘刹液压站远程启动等功能的集成化操作与显示。通过厂内实验表明,该系统通过总线传输的控制信号减少了操作元件数量,提高了设备的可靠性和稳定性,在保证钻机游吊系统操作安全的同时,提升了设备的自动化水平。目前该系统已经应用在国内各大油田。
A disc brake control system based on idriller■ double driller operation is developed in order to realize the safe and reliable operation of the drawworks disc brake system in the automatic drilling rig.The system adopts redundant double driller operation terminal based on the concept of functional reuse of operating elements,cancels the switch,potentiometer and instrument panel of the original driller's operating position,and completes the distribution of operation command through multi-functional handle and multi-functional keyboard,so as to realize the integrated operation and display of disc brake caliper brake,disc brake emergency stop,disc brake hydraulic station remote starting and other functions.According to the test in the factory,the system with the bus connection reduces the number of operating elements,improves the reliability and stability of the equipment,and improves the automation level of the equipment while ensuring the operation safety of the rig traveling crane system.At present,the system has been used in many domestic oilfields.
