摘要 针对原ZJ50LDB型钻机绞车气控系统控制气路长,造成离合器进、排气严重滞后,延迟离合器抱合和分离的问题。结合实际使用情况,将绞车滚筒高、低速气控系统改进为电控,并在司钻操作手柄处安装了绞车滚筒高、低速指示灯,彻底解决了离合器进、排气严重滞后的难题,消除了安全隐患。现场测试结果表明:该系统工作状态良好,操作方便,维修保养简单,安全性能好。 The long circuits of air control system in petroleum drilling rig ZJ50LDB usually cause the intake and exhaust serious lag when the driller manipulate the high and low-speed clutch control lever,which also delay the clutch cohesive and separation.To solve this problem,the high and low-speed air control system of the winch drum is improved to electronic control system,furthermore,the winch drum's high and low-speed indicator lights are installed in the operating handle,which completely eliminate the lag of the clutch's intake and exhaust progress,so the security risks are avoided.The experimental results of 11 wells in 50713 and 50722 drilling crew show that the system is in good working condition,which has the characteristics of convenient operation,easy maintenance and good safety performance.
